I am glad I went for small deposit amounts with this broker. At first I made little losses but the first time I made a profit and tried to withdraw just 10 USD, I was told to wait 10 days. After 13 days, I lodged a complaint with them, to which they responded and gave me an ARN code. I am yet to receive the funds four months on. I suspended my activity with them and my account manager has not even bothered to check back with me the reasons for my dormancy. This means that even the account managers are either not real, or they are just lazy. The base thing is, this company is just not worth anyone's trust.

i am here to dicuss about a broker robofx. My Robofx Account number is 5161813 .. this broker is worst broker i have seen they have eaten my profit and my own investment as well.

i deposit 3k and i earned 6k.

but now this broker is not giving me not my profit nor my deposit back.

.. its been few days now and i am still waiting for withdrawal .. this slugish and dishonnest broker transfered my funds in someone else account and now saying that we cant do anything .. even they dont have any regulation so i can claim my funds back .. i have never seen this kind of bad brokrage .. they have eaten my funds in front of me and now they are just giving me lame excuses .

well i am with roboforex past 4 years never had problem till today . all of my open position was closed. and the statement shows some unreal figure. i do not wanna explain in details it will hurt the company reputation . and it is very much scary. i just expect them to solve the issue asap . already call and and send to the roboforex support team no replied yet . live support team need be train. it seems they are very bad in math or just do not want to use their brain. i hope i would not need to post one more comment here if i do then this will be hurting the Roboforex. i believe there is some technical issue on their server . and i hope that is true. because if they really did it by them, then i would say they start scamming investors, and i will go for the legal action .

I made a deposit 7 days ago using my credit card ( which is supposed to be processed immediate),the are still not reflecting on my account. I send them s and proof ( bank statement ) that my bank account credited with the deposit amount and roboforex name on it. The last time they responded was 6 days ago when they said they are investigating. They have not responded to any of my s after that.

I like Roboforex. The spread is a little big but i can not say any bad about them. They are very fast and helpfull. Even if i deposit or withdrawing money they are very fast. Most of the time my withdrawing has been processed in 5 minutes but sure in 4 hours into my skrill.

i deposited 1400 usd in this broker and i made 150% profit in 10 days with manual trading.

then i asked for withdraw. My account was fully verified. But when i asked for withdraw, then they started to harass me and asked for many documents. They canceled my withdraw and they are not verifying my documents and they are closing chat and not giving me answer. I opened ticket but they are not replying to me.

They dont want to pay me and they called me and asked me that how i made high profit in short time.
